This 5 double bed house is set right on the Coast Path with panoramic views of the sea. The rugged coast path takes you toward Start Point Lighthouse or Salcombe with plenty of photographic opportunities on the way.
The property is available by the week Saturday/ Saturday either as a whole let or as upper / lower flats at reduced rates.
Ideally suited for those wanting a quiet retreat. Field-Trips are available or explore this wonderful coastline for yourself.
Own transport recommended so that you can get the most out of this beautiful area but we will pick you up from Totnes Railway free of charge and take you to the house if you prefer to leave the car at home. There is a seasonal café/shop and two inns at East Prawle. Provisions can be picked up on the way at Kingsbridge.

Budock Vean, Rattery (B&B on the edge of Dartmoor National Park)
Set in 3 acres of grounds amidst the rolling South Hams countryside, this is home to the family and the studio. Two double bedrooms are available for guests on a B&B basis chargeable per room per night. Please ask for current rates.
We are just outside the southern edge of Dartmoor National Park and an ideal base from which to explore both the Moor and the coastal areas.
Field-Trips run mostly from here so this accommodation is very suitable for guests wishing to benefit from the guided excursions with 25% off the Field-Trip rates.
The studio is available for workshops too so you might wish to try your hand during your stay.
The village has a pub dating back 1000 years although we believe the beer is somewhat fresher! There are a host of inns locally serving good food. If you prefer to go self-catering the studio has facilities for cooking and you may prepare meals for yourself if staying for a few days.
Free pick up and collection service to Totnes Railway station.

Edeswell Farm Holiday Park is close to us on the edge of the Moor with cottages, static units and a swimming pool. They have a very good web site showing details of their accommodation and of the surrounding area and we are pleased to recommend them. Studio BV is within walking distance for workshops and I can collect you from the Holiday Park for field trips. Hatchlands Trout Farm is next door for those who like fresh trout for tea or want to fish for themselves.
